SCHOOL CLIMATE SURVEY for: FAMILIES
The School Climate Survey: Families for SY 24-25 is an anonymous survey for the parents and guardians here at Finegayan Elementary School. It will be used to identify school climate issues within our school community. The survey is anonymous and can be done online using the address link below if you are using a laptop, PC, or smart phone. The time frame to complete the survey is from March 14, 2025 through April 30, 2025.
The data collected from the survey will be used to identify parent/guardian perceptions of school climate issues within our school. School staff use the results to inform our efforts at improving our school climate. Responses are housed securely in an anonymous format with the University of Oregon Technical Assistance Center projects for evaluation research purposes. All evaluation research projects are in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, (343 CFR 99.31 (6)) and human subjects regulations (Protection of Human Subjects 45 CFR 46). Our desire is
to involve parents in their children’s education.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT for OUR FES STAKEHOLDERS(:
January 15, 2025
Due to the late start of SY 24-25 on August 22, there will be NO PTC days for schools which started late as those days were used as make-up days start. FES is a part of those schools.
However, we will distribute student report cards by January 21. Teachers can call parents/guardians or vice versa to discuss the student’s progress as needed.
